    McAlister's is my most favorite restaurant! SO DISAPPOINTED! 6PM. Dinner hour. Asked for baked potato. Appeared to be left over from lunck. Couldn't cut the dried cardboard. She charged me $10 go tea. .and couldn't tell me what their advertised promotion was. Clueless and not ready to meet a dinner crowd.

    I like McAlister's, but this time around my co-worker and I both ordered the exact same McAlister's number one club. His was the big multi layered sandwich like it should be. Mine was next to nothing. It was no lie mostly completely bread with NO meat and hard to eat. I was dumbfounded at what I saw. It was at lunch time so the place was super packed and hard to get help and I left really disappointed. When I got off work I had to stop at a drive-thru and eat again because I was hungry. Like I said I like McAlister's, but I'm going to put them on the back of my list for a while now because that was almost 12 bucks for a $2 sandwich.

    Unprofessional behavior from management and cooks in front of customers. Update: has improved since this review. I recommend to try this location.

    My all time favorite is the Reuben. We get the fruit and chips with it. The potatoes are also a favorite. YOU MUCH TRY THAT BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP!🥰
